We are performing a planned technical intervention on the PROD environment on Sunday, November 16, 2025. The XS2A APIs will not be available throughout this intervention.

Technical intervention on 25/03 between 9:30 am and 10:30 am
We will be carrying out a production update of the applications on Tuesday 25 between 9:30 am and 10:30 am. There will be an interruption of a few minutes during this operation.
Technical intervention on 18 and 19 March 2025
Due to a technical intervention on our infrastructure on 18 and 19 March 2025, service interruptions will occur. A downtime is planned each day from 9am to 11am. All services (API, developer portal, etc.) will be down during the downtime. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Technical intervention on Production - 10/12/2024 from 9:00am - 11:00am
A technical intervention is planned on December 10, 2024 on the PROD environment. This intervention is postponed to December 11, 2024. 5 min. of downtime is expected during the intervention, for the API, extranet and sandbox services.

A technical intervention is planned on October 27, 2024 on the PROD environment. The XS2A API's will not be available during this timing.
